So I made a box for my Stanley 45. Keeps the plane, cutters, rods, fences, bottom etc., all in one place. It was a useful exercise in dovetails, and I used the 45 for plowing the grooves. I spent an absurd amount of time fashioning cradles &etc to order the interior, and carved a 45 logo on the face. Absurdly satisfying. I’d send a pic if I could ..

I made a Gibson chair last summer but I was able to use power tools for roughing things out. I can't imagine cutting the curve in the back with a hand tool. My hat's off to you. Excellent work. And I love the bold color choice.

Looking at the photos of your office I see our bookshelves are similar. Lots of Lost Art Press and software books.

Over time the software books keep getting forced out. I’m one book away from having all of the Hayward books!!

Me too! I have all but volume I. Funny how software books age out but woodworking books don't. Last month I did a purge of programming books to make room for LAP books.
