Saturday was spent doing three different races off the shore of Marina del Rey from about 11am to about 5pm. Racing is busy stuff, so I have basically no good pictures to show, but here’s one I took:
The biggest woodworking plan for this weekend was to make the ~20 mile trek to Pasadena to verify final details of the guitar stool with Jeff and Jeff’s guitar.
Thankfully the changes are relatively minor. Here are the modifications:
The stretcher I’m pointing at will be completely removed and the holes will be plugged. The stretcher gets in the way of Jeff’s heels and achilles when he sits in the chair, and it’s kinda overkill to have two stretchers between these legs anyway. I’m not sure what wood to plug the holes with, but it should look good in any case.
